About Us

OS Projects is a full service Construction and Project Management Company that specialises in boutique commercial and residential projects in Canberra and the surrounding region.

Managing Director Oliver Stefanchuk has worked on some of the Capitals most iconic projects including; The National Arboretum Visitor Centre, Calvary Private Hospital, The Canberra Hospital, Aurora Apartments Kingston Foreshore, Majura Parkway Extension, ACT Forensic Medical Centre and Hazebrook Legal Fitout @ Hotel Realm.

Our Services

Residential and Renovation

We’re a compact construction company that purposefully limit the number of projects per year to ensure each client receives the attention and focus needed. That being said we can handle whatever comes our way, big or small and embrace each job with enthusiasm and professional pride.

Commercial and Fitout

We have significant experience in commercial fit-outs and large commercial projects. During our time in the industry we’ve also completed large mixed use facilities, apartment blocks and a plethora of other works.

Procurement and Contract Management

We also have extensive project procurement experience and can provide advice to our clients throughout the construction process to ensure they have the best possible advice and project outcome regardless of project value.

Project Management

OS Projects also offers Construction Management services for clients including cost plus and lump sum contracts. Director Oliver has successfully project managed dozens of projects ranging from small residential renovations up to $60m+ Hospitals and Apartment complexes and at all times client satisfaction was sought and achieved.

Design

If you don’t yet have a designer and would like we can manage all aspects from sketch plans through to final construction documentation, along with any marketing materials or other items required to make your project a successful reality. Over the last 10 years we’ve worked with many skilled designers and have built strong relationships that benefit our clients and enable us to deliver strong results time and again.

Projects

We recently completed a fitout of the Hazelbrook Legal premises within the Hotel Realm precinct and were delighted to learn it is a finalist in the 2017 MBA Master Builders Awards. This project featured many quality finishes and fixtures and was delivered on time and under budget.
